I thought this website is a good website to use because it explains the difference between sexual harassment and sexual assault. This website gives men and women information on what to do if a problem comes up where you are sexual harassed or assaulted in the workplace. The person points out that when sexual harassment occurs to make sure you always file the appropriate complaint or it won’t go through in the Supreme Court. The Law firm has a contact number where they can be reached which is 888-713-5299. The site wants to make sure that you know the steps to go through when you are sexual harassed.

It tells you the regulations and the Civil Rights Act. And also gives you more information on the enforcement guidance and policy documents. One of the main things that caught my eye was the statistics they have that say in the year 2006 they received 12,025 charges of sexual harassment and 15.4% of the charges were filed by males, which was surprising to me. But this site gives you good and accurate information.
